There was some miscommunication with the pick up of our box on a Friday evening right before they closed, but they sent someone out to grab it after hours. Our belongings remained clean, dry, and undamaged after 3 months of storage in the rainy season. They made the moving process so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend them!

We sold our home quickly and felt pressured to find a home to purchase so we located a nice rental home. Everything went perfectly from delivery of boxes, loading and pick up of boxes for storage. Then the tenants were going to be out of the rental home sooner than expected and BLUE BOX accommodated us with a change in the date to deliver to new address and pick up after unloading.
