There was some miscommunication with the pick up of our box on a Friday evening right before they closed, but they sent someone out to grab it after hours. Our belongings remained clean, dry, and undamaged after 3 months of storage in the rainy season. They made the moving process so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend them!

We had two boxes delivered and Justin had recommended CAL'S MOVING HELP to assist us with the packing and unpacking. Everything went perfectly from delivery of boxes, loading and pick up of boxes for storage. Then the tenants were going to be out of the rental home sooner than expected and BLUE BOX accommodated us with a change in the date to deliver to new address and pick up after unloading. Moving is dreadful in general but BLUE BOX and the great staff made it so much better. CAL'S MOVING HELP had terrific movers and we could not have been happier with their packing and unpacking. We were able to get it half way up a hill outside the night before the bluebox pick up and had to call it quits. Praying for a miracle we were hoping the guys at bluebox could figure out a way to help us. Sure enough they brought the bluebox to the piano and pushed it in for us!
